Provenance
This coffin plate was found in Tacoma, Washington. This is a beautifully detailed coffin plate, was made in 1902 for the coffin of Electa Terry. This gorgeous plate has a wide spiral-column style border made of wood, and covered in heavy black satin. The corners have ornate metal ornaments, and the plate is finished in a dark color with bright silver engraved letters. There are no markings on the back. The overall condition is very nice, with no damage to the border; the plate has aging, and slight scratches.
