TO THE MEMORY OF OUR VALIANT COMRADES OF THE TWENTY FIRST CANADIAN INFANTRY BATTALION C.E.F. WHO IN THE GREAT WAR MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE 1914–1918.

"TO THE END, TO THE END, THEY REMAIN"

This monument carries a dedication only — no individual names are inscribed on it, unlike its neighbouring Royal Canadian Horse Artillery cenotaph (photographed on the same visit, see relatedRecords). Both photographs (the full monument and a close-up of the dedication plaque) have been reviewed; there is no separate names panel to transcribe.
