Fry -- In the Turkey Creek church, Pawnee County, Nebraska Aug. 14, 1900, Bro. John G. Fry, aged 78 years, 3 months and 7 days. He was united in marriage to Sarah Coffman. Both united with the Brethren church in 1863. He served as deacon thirty years. In 1854 he moved to Keokuk County, Iowa, and in 1880 to Pawnee County, Nebr. He lived an exemplary life and died in the faith of the Gospel. He leaves a sorrowful companion (a sister) and seven children. One child preceded him. Four children are members of the Brethren church. Services by Eld. Owen Peters in the U.B. church. Lizzie Dellenbach.
