DIED in Frederick county, Maryland on the 7th of November last Sister ELIZABETH HIMES, aged 51 years and some months. In her death was verified the declaration "In the midst of life we are in death." She was in the enjoyment of usual health; having walked out and being absent but about five minutes, when sought for, she was found dead. Her funeral was preached by br. Slifer and Castle from Pa. 116: 1. "Precious in the sight of the Lord in the death of his saints"
