Original court document from the State of New Hampshire at Rockingham county. This document is about the estate of a Mark Piper, it mentions the heirs at law and creditors to the estate of Mark Piper. At the bottom it says that Samuel Hall publisher of the Exeter Newsletter printed in Exeter testifies that the citation in this case was published in the newspaper for three weeks. The document is signed and dated July 5, 1858.
