James Edward Mc Ardell was born December 19, 1835 in West Ham, Essex, England according to his birth record.

This is another funeral card in the black and white envelope. Since he and his wife Emma Cooper Mc Ardell immigrated in 1886 with 9 kids and the last one on the way, I imagine that his cards were also sent to the same places as those of his sister-in-law, Elizabeth Adams.
