Abstract & transcription
This will found in Clinton, NJ of Timothy Walker of Charlestown, Massachusetts (now a part of Boston), written and signed on August 8, 1836. The will also has a number of codicils attached in the months following. All told, the will is ten pages long in very good shape and quite legible. In the past it was folded in quarters, but now stands folded in half. Surprisingly, there is little wear along the folds.
